Untersberg is a mountain on German-Austrian border which is one of the key vortex points for the planetary liberation.

The Goddess has instructed him to build a Goddess temple near Untersberg and to move the Goddess vortex there, because Mongol invasion was approaching the Samarra vortex. She also gave him a piece of Cintamani, a stone from Sirius star system, to bring it to Untersberg. He then formed a Templar group called Lords of the black stone to become the guardians of the stone and keepers of the Goddess vortex.

Most of Chimera entry/exit locations have been cleared, with two remaining Chimera strongholds being Long Island and a classified central European location.

Long Island is the location of past Montauk space/time anomaly experiments, of Cold Spring Harbor cloning lab and of Brookhaven National Laboratory. Brookhaven was a major entry point into a system of underground tunnels and caverns that spread below the majority of Long Island going towards New York. That subterranean area was a prime underground real estate sought after by various extraterrestrial races and various factions, both positive and negative ones. This is where I have seen an Andromedan ship in a hangar back in 1977.

Rob – 各位，Cobra已經在電話上。我們準備今天做一次偉大的訪問。我們這個月也收到不少重複的問題。這個問題我也一直打算和Cobra討論一下，關於業力Karma。我有幾點準備要說明一下。我們討論這個話題，想和人們分享。我們收到很多關於業力的問題，世界上不同的宗教牽涉到因果的本質。就好像地心引力一直存在。我們是光明的存有，發送出我們的思想，然後它們會返回給我們自己。在某程度上，我們不得不體驗一些事。你說過.....Frank Strange博士也和Omnac Omnac一樣支持你。 Omnac是一個來自金星星光界的女士。她要清理她的業力，來到地球上生活，她選擇來到這裡。我會在我的沙士塔山會議上分享一下她的很多教導。我想跟聽眾讀一下她是怎麼說業力的。 "業力可能經常被人誤解。很多人把業力看作為對過去和現在的行為的懲罰。實際上業力可以是正面的，或者是困難的體驗。業力也可能是對正面行為的回報。這都取決於靈魂個體。這是每個獨特靈魂的醒覺，經驗和責任。一個人越是醒悟，對他人的行為和關係越是負責，就會與業力有很多的關係，不管負面還是正面。"她又說到：業力不僅在物理(三維)中，也在其他維度中積累。 "你是否一定程度上同意這個對業力的理解。我們以前也談過，你說到業力不一定是懲罰，這也是她所強調的。你能不能解釋得更詳細？

Cobra – 我不同意業力是懲罰系統的這個見解。我不喜歡用"業力"這個詞，因為它太沉重，也極嚴重的被執政官所誤用。執政官實際上在這個行星上的兩個層面和實體層面上安裝了這個懲罰系統。我只會說有一個顯化法則。如果你有負面的所作所為，你未來將傾向於吸引更多負面的東西。我甚至不會稱之為因果報應法則。對於顯化什麼，是由很多因素決定的。我只會說，如果你專注於正面，你就傾向於顯化更多正面的事情，如果你在思想，情緒和行動上專注於負面，你就易於顯化更多負面的事情。這裡沒有什麼懲罰。這裡沒有牽涉到獎賞和懲罰系統。執政官扭曲這個事實，操縱和濫用它，並且真的在星光層和實體層面創造出一個懲罰系統。所以我從來不會用這個詞，因為這個詞太沉重，我們也一直在誤用。

Rob – 可能你也聽過我說這不是一個懲罰系統。但我也會經常批判別人，失去耐心，我發出的這種能量會返回給我自己，變成一個課程。這是一個成長的機會，讓你變得更有同情心和理解力，因為同樣的振動會返回給自身，這是一個學習的體驗。這是我的觀點，你是否這麼認為。

Cobra – 我也不同意。我不會說行星地球是一個學校或者是一段學習經歷。我會說有比反射負面體驗更好的方式去成長和學習，因為這裡是一個封閉循環系統。在宇宙的其它地方，如果你有負面的思想，你將得到治療。大部分人對治療持開放態度，並將獲得療癒。我會說所有那些最古老的概念已經被濫用，讓人們相信並支持這個循環系統(這個轉世系統)，讓他們認為自己有什麼要來這裡學習。不是這樣的。我不會同意。

全球每週冥想的時間現在正式敲定為格林威治時間的星期日下午3點，也就是臺灣/大陸/香港時間的晚上11點；開羅晚上6點；中歐早上5點；英國下午4點；紐約早上11點；休士頓早上10點；丹佛早上9點；洛杉磯早上8點。

It is very important for everyone to meditate at the same moment in time, doing your own meditation as you feel guided. If we wish to create more positive resonance on the physical plane of this planet, we need to meditate in the same moment of linear time that the physical plane is subjected to. The critical mass for this meditation to have desired effect is about 118,000 people worldwide actually doing it with focus. If we consider that human concentration and meditation skills are not perfect, we need 144,000 people as the critical mass. If we manage to get the critical mass of people meditating each week, we can create long lasting positive changes for the whole human society.

冥想的重點就是請大家都要準時並且同步進行冥想。因為地球的實體世界有線性時間的限制，以至於大家需要在線性時空的同一時刻進行冥想，才能有效地在現實生活中創造正面能量場。如果全世界參與活動的人都能全神貫注地冥想，那麼達成臨界品質的人數是118,000人。考量到人類的專注力和冥想修為並不是完美的，參與冥想的人數需要144,000人才能達到臨界品質。如果我們每個禮拜參與冥想的人數都能達到臨界品質，我們就可以為地球社會帶來長遠而且正面的改變。

這是VS國際友人與COBRA的一次特別的交流。非常榮幸他花了些時間回答了VS國際友人代表大陸受苦受難的光工提出的一些問題。
(注: 這是一位中國的網友<VS國際友人>出席七月份台北光的勝利會議時對COBRA的個別提問)


VS國際友人：Lot of Light workers of China  has been facing Despair, probably to be for some people, this is the last time to live to ask COBRA a question.Because their funds chains had be broken at all. Some people prepare to Suicide.

中國大陸不少光工已面臨絕境，很可能對有的人來說，這是最後一次活著問COBRA問題。因為他們的資金鏈斷了，背負巨債無法再養家糊口，有的人會自殺。


1, We all don't know the exact date of the event, but What percentage to the chances of the event will really happen?

第一，事件即使我們都不知道準確日期，但事件真正會發生的機率有多大百分比？ 


COBRA柯博拉:  （目前很多光工朋友的確很困難）。

The Event will happen 100%﹔但大家可放心的是，事件發生的機率是百分百！


VS國際友人： Now rise to 5D ,it is More easily keeping on with death, or keep with life?
If some people die befor the event happenning，Which choice is better,for reincarnation or still keep on with the soul?

現在揚升到5D，是死了更容易，還是活著更有利？
如果事件前死了，他是選擇再投胎人身，還是維持靈魂狀態更好？


COBRA柯博拉:  It is much easier alive on the physical plane. It depends on the individual circumstances of each person.

揚升到5D,活著，保持在物質層面反而更容易一些。如果是事件前死去的人，這不不好說，取決於每個人獨特的機遇和狀況。（總之，有一顆不再輪回的心和意願是很重要的。）


VS國際友人： the person's memory is stored in the soul, or stored in the brain of the body?
People died, memory can all be take away by soul?

人的記憶是存儲在靈魂內，還是存儲在肉身的大腦內？
人死了後，記憶能否全部被靈魂帶走？這很重要，涉及到為垂死光工做臨終計劃。


COBRA柯博拉: Short term memory is stored in the brain, long term memory in the soul.
Suicide is NOT recommended, as the etheric Veil is not cleared yet and conditions there are much worse that on the physical plane.
It is MUCH better to be on the physical plane. Things will improve.

短期記憶被存儲在人體的大腦內（人體大腦一定程度上就像電腦的閃存盤），而長期記憶被存儲在靈魂中（一定程度上靈魂存儲才是電腦的主硬盤）（靈魂存儲與阿卡西記錄相關）。這樣以來，很明顯，人死後記憶是幾乎可以被靈魂全部帶走的。
不過，自殺是不被推薦和認同的。目前以太層面紗還沒有被清除乾淨，物理層面的條件也有更壞的情況，但最好是保持物理身體層面，事情會得到轉好的。

COBRA – 是的，非常成功，但不是在中國而是台灣。台灣不是中國大陸，是分開的。

Rob – 好的，但我覺得仍然使人想起是中國，即使它的名字是台灣。

COBRA – 兩地文化相似但他們的政治制度和經濟體制不同。

Rob – 你之前提到台灣白龍會不團結。你在那邊的時候有會見他們的成員嗎。

COBRA – 不只是台灣的龍族。整個龍族團體都不團結。是的，我與他們一些人接觸過。很顯然在那個地區需要一些治療。

Taiwan conference was a great success. We have managed to strengthen the Taiwan vortex significantly and that is very important because Taiwan is in the geometric center of the most densely populated part of the surface of this planet:

這一次的臺灣光之勝利會議非常成功。我們透過兩天的會議大幅強化了臺灣的能量漩渦點。臺灣的地理位置正好就是地表人口最稠密區域的中心點，因此這個能量漩渦點非常重要:

  

Therefore, through that vortex massive changes will be triggered when the time is right. The vortex has received one of the strongest infusions of Goddess energy until now and this will help stabilizing the situation significantly.

臺灣的能量漩渦點會在時機成熟的時候，引發驚天動地的變革。它在會議兩天裏吸納了有史以來最強大的女神能量，對穩定地球局勢有相當大的幫助。


Also, Taiwan is one of the main seats of the Dragon families. Unfortunately, my contacts with the Dragons have revealed that the families are not united and there is quite a great deal of infiltration and also a great need for spiritual guidance. The Blue and the Azure will provide that.

另外，臺灣也是龍之家族的大本營之一。可惜的是，我跟當地龍族互動過之後發現:這些龍之家族現在並未團結起來，並且有大量被滲透的情形；他們也非常需要靈性的指引。未來藍龍和蒼龍會提供這方面的幫助。



During the next ten days I will be traveling through remote areas with virtually no internet connection. During that time frame, the Event will NOT happen.

Fall of the Chimera

Time has come to release more intel about the Chimera group. Parts of this intel may seem unbelievable for some people, but truth is stranger than fiction.

現在是時候公開更多關於奇美拉的背景資料了。有些人可能會覺得這篇文章的部分內容似乎難以置信，但是真相總是比虛構故事更離奇。


This group includes the leaders of the dark forces from the Andromeda galaxy. They came to Earth in humanoid physical bodies 25,000 years ago and quarantined the planet. They have built a scalar electromagnetic fence around the Earth (the Veil), effectively preventing positive ET contact and thus isolating humanity. Then they constructed a vast network of subterranean cities, using Draconians as slave handlers and Reptilians as slaves and controlled the human population on the surface of the planet from there.

Very recently, the ships of the Galactic Confederation have assumed their final position inside the Low Earth orbit (LEO) for the final defeat of the Chimera group.

Cosmic Goddess Activation was successful as far as Resistance Movement and Pleiadian Goddess groups throughout the Solar System and certain groups within the surface population, including our core group on Ibiza, are concerned. Our core group managed to go very deep and was successful beyond expectations. However, there was infiltration in some other groups and/or individuals and this has to be cleared out, since the message of the Sisterhood of the Rose must be kept in its purity.

Behind the scenes, the Light forces are focusing on the defeat of the Chimera group. Not much intel about their operations will be given for obvious reasons. The only thing I can say is that the Light forces have established many new bases in the inner solar system, especially in the asteroid belt, on Mars and the Moon and many new motherships of the Light forces are positioned on strategic positions inside the inner solar system. Smaller ships are positioned in vicinity of the Earth, with a current special emphasis on medium Earth orbit (MEO).

IS:IS portal activation was a partial success. Although we have not reached even one half of the planetary critical mass, people participating were very strong in their dedication and we have managed to lay a solid foundation for the second (and eventually third) part of the IS:IS portal activation.

The energies of the cardinal Grand Cross have triggered all kinds of suppressed dysfunctional behavior and ideas which needed to be cleared before the activation could take place. Here I would just like to mention some Archon-induced strange ideas floating around that the Ascended Masters, Archangels and Egyptian Gods and Goddesses are »part of the false light«, are »there to deceive you« and are »part of the hierarchy that is there to enslave you«. Nothing could be further from the truth. All these beings are true beings of Light and are our friends, brothers and sisters. Without their continuous help and assistance, humanity would not survive the last few hundred years and would be extinct by now.

Here I am giving clear and complete instructions for the activation again:

我想清楚而且完整地再講一遍門戶開啟冥想指南:


1. Lift your hands above your head and begin to rotate your body clockwise
 雙手高舉過頭，身體開始以順時鐘方向旋轉

2. While doing that, sing mantra iiii (pronounced as eee in "speed") so that it vibrates throughout your body and visualize your body morphing into a brilliant pillar of Light, with millions of rainbow colored stars scattered within that pillar of Light
 旋轉的同時，唱誦女神漩渦咒語: iiii(音同:111111)。讓咒音的振動傳遍全身。觀想自己的身體化為一道潔白明亮，散發出數百萬顆七彩星光的耀眼光柱。


3. Keep singing the mantra and rotating. After a few minutes, drop your hands close to your body and continue rotating clockwise
 持續旋轉和唱誦咒語。幾分鐘之後，放下雙手並且繼續順時鐘旋轉。

4. While doing that, start singing mantra eeeaaa (eee is pronounced as e in "America" and NOT as e in "Venus", and a is pronounced as a in "America")  so that it vibrates through your body and visualize a rainbow vortex of Light expanding from your heart outwards throughout the whole planet. Call upon the presence of your spiritual guides, Ascended masters, Pleiadians, angels, twin souls, soulmates, soul families and other beings of Light.
 旋轉的同時，開始唱誦下一段咒語: eeeaaa(音同:AAA阿阿阿)。讓咒音的振動傳遍全身，並且觀想自己的心輪發出一個七彩繽紛的彩虹漩渦，包圍了整個地球。呼請靈魂嚮導、揚升大師、昴宿星人、天使、雙生靈魂、靈魂伴侶、靈魂家族和其他光之存有。

5. Keep singing the mantra and rotating and stay in the presence of all those beings of Light for a while.
  持續唱誦咒音和旋轉，並且與所有光之存有共處一段時間。

We are doing this together! Victory of the Light!
