There is a lot of confusion about the collateral accounts, even among people working behind the scenes. Let us clear that confusion.

Collateral accounts were a creation of the Cabal after WW1 when they persuaded many nations to give up their gold into their custody with an excuse that a gold-backed financial system with strong independent national banks creates geopolitical instability and can lead into wars like WW1. Bank of International Settlements (BIS) was created for that reason in 1930. After the creation of BIS, the Cabal went to China and persuaded the Chinese (sometimes gently and sometimes not so gently) to give up their gold in exchange for phony bonds.The Cabal never had any intention to repay these bonds back. The next phase of their operations was to steal the rest of the Eastern gold through the operation Golden Lily and then bury their lot in Philippines (Yamashita gold) and in Indonesia.

Our Portal conference in Paris was a huge success. We have been instructed not to work on financial system but rather to transform the Paris vortex, as before the conference that vortex was one of the main Archon strongholds in Europe. We activated the Paris vortex for the Light and transformation of energies in Paris was tremendous. Needless to say, we immediately got sunshine and clear blue skies after many days of rain.

Behind the scenes, negotiations for the surrender of the Cabal continue. Large portions of Jesuit and Rothschild factions have already expressed their theoretical willingness to surrender at the Event.

It seems that everybody is against Rockefeller faction now. The Eastern Alliance is gathering global public opinion against them, the Positive Military is preparing to take action. During surrender negotiations, even members of Jesuit and Rothschild factions have expressed willingness to help taking them down. Also, as there is much less negative influence from the etheric plane, they can expect much more disobedience from their mid to low level minions.

According to the Resistance sources, if the Event would happen now, we could expect about 100,000 casualties worldwide as a result of the last minute destruction efforts of the Cabal and their minions before they are taken down and also as a result of the violent dysfunctional behavior of human masses, especially of Monarch mind control victims with their omega programming being triggered. However, that number is not easy to estimate as there are so many factors involved, it could be much lower or higher.

Reptiles have started a massive campaign. Starting in 1996. They are not part of the false light. Ascended Masters are part of the real light. The Archons are now focusing their attention on the key people and are trying to influence their free will decisions. The positive military has expressed if the Cabal tries to start war they will be removed. (Fantastic!) The cabal will try to push things to the edge but they will not cross over the edge. They will not manage to go into the actual war invasion. There is a possibility that it will trigger the event and remove them from the surface of the planet. There are some members of the positive military that are quite angry at this moment, but that are being held back. But they might not hold back for much longer if this continues.

Another aspect is Syria has a strategic position between near eastern Europe and also there is quite large amounts of natural gas which have been discovered. They can keep the balance of oil, the old energy paradigm. There are many things happening there at once. It was the last chance of the Cabal to trigger something, but now it’s over for them.

Those people that are trying to analyze those prophecies to a great deal and trying to projecting those prophecies on future timelines are wasting their time. We have free will. Many things have been made easier. There is tremendous amount of grace put upon humanity. It could have been much worse. Many things have been prevented. Many things have been improved. Things have been shortened. Things could have been much worse. Many things have been prevented. Negative time lines have been erased. We are in a different position than 2,000 years ago.

Alexandra: Right on. Kind of changing gears here. What is your opinion that there are not so many UFO’s in Asian countries, like India and Pakistan? Why are they only showing up in typical countries like England and Germany?

COBRA: This is not true. No, India is very active especially area in Norther India in the mountains – many Pleiadians bases. If you read India papers they are reporting it, but the western media they are not reporting it in US. Next layer of censorship.

COBRA: Cobra’s source of inspiration is the desire to liberate the planet. It came from my own personal experience of the Cabal of being attacked. I can not tolerate it. We all have that power.
